Super Fudge

To prepare Super Fudge, you will need:

  • one (1) pound granulated sugar
  • one (1) small can of evaporated milk
  • a quarter (1/4) pound of butter
  • one (1) spoonful of water
  • one (1) tablespoonful of corn syrup
  • four (4) tablespoons of unsweetened chocolate

Directions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into a saucepan.
  2. Melt the ingredients slowly over low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring until smooth.
  3. Turn up the heat and boil until a potion of the mixture forms a soft ball when dropped into water (you have to test the picture at different points).
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and beat the mixture well with a wooden spoon for a few minutes.
  5. Then pour into your mouth a greased pan.
  6. Leave the mixture to cool and firm up.
  7. Once it is firm then cut up the fudge and eat!
  8. Smile!  You are eating the best fudge ever!
  9. Repeat step 1 when feeling blue.

Recipe for a flourless chocolate mousse cake

You will need :

4 extra-large eggs

6 tablespoons  3/4 stick of unsalted butter

1 table-spoon of olive oil [plus more for greasing pan]

12 ounces of semisweet chocolate

1 pint fresh raspberries

2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

  1. per heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put eggs and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl and mix for ten minutes.
  3. Mean while , put the butter, chocolate, and olive oil in pot at low till it melts.
  4. Then mix eggs and chocolate together and put in pan.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes then take it out.
  6. Put raspberries on top of it in a decorative form, then put confectioners sugar on by pushing it through a strainer.
